Design concept
The forged steel fully welded valve body and the pneumatic-hydraulic linkage actuator are integrated into one unit. The fully welded structure eliminates the valve body flange and external leakage channels. Gas-liquid linkage drive uses high-pressure gas in pipelines as the power source, stores energy in accumulators, and can provide large thrust without external power supply in emergency situations, achieving fail-safe operation. The fixed ball structure transmits the medium thrust to the bearing, featuring low torque and reliable sealing, meeting the full life cycle service requirements of buried and above-ground high-pressure pipelines.

Pneumic-hydraulic linkage drive - Powered by pipeline air pressure, the hydraulic actuator outputs a stable and large thrust, completely independent of external power supply
