Design concept

The forged steel fully welded valve body and the pneumatic-hydraulic linkage actuator are integrated into one unit. The fully welded structure eliminates the valve body flange and external leakage channels. Gas-liquid linkage drive uses high-pressure gas in pipelines as the power source, stores energy in accumulators, and can provide large thrust without external power supply in emergency situations, achieving fail-safe operation. The fixed ball structure transmits the medium thrust to the bearing, featuring low torque and reliable sealing, meeting the full life cycle service requirements of buried and above-ground high-pressure pipelines.


Performance advantage

Pneumic-hydraulic linkage drive - Powered by pipeline air pressure, the hydraulic actuator outputs a stable and large thrust, completely independent of external power supply

Fully welded with zero external leakage - The valve body has no flange interface, eliminating gasket leakage from the source, suitable for buried and long-term maintenance-free pipelines

Fixed ball low torque - The upper and lower axes of the ball support the torque, which is not greatly affected by pressure fluctuations, and can be equipped with smaller-sized actuators

Emergency shutdown - Automatic fail-safe action in case of undervoltage, ESD signal or fire, completing the cut-off within seconds

Bidirectional sealing - double-piston effect valve seat, low-pressure spring pre-tightening, high-pressure medium self-tightening, full pressure difference tight shut-off

Self-pressure relief in the valve cavity - When abnormal pressure rises inside the cavity, the valve seat is released to the pipeline side to prevent excessive stress in the valve body

Full bore and low flow resistance - The flow channel is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipe, allowing it to pass through the pigging device with a small pressure drop
