Hydraulic forged steel fixed ball valve
Design concept
The forged steel valve body is integrated with the fixed ball structure. The ball is firmly supported by the upper and lower rotating shafts, and the medium thrust is transmitted to the bearing. The opening and closing torque is low and not affected by pressure fluctuations. The hydraulic drive system provides a stable and large thrust, and in combination with the accumulator, it automatically shuts off in case of power failure, meeting the frequent operation and emergency shut-off requirements of large-diameter and high-pressure pipelines.
Performance advantage
Fixed ball low torque - The upper and lower shafts of the ball support, and the torque does not increase sharply with pressure. It can be equipped with smaller-sized actuators to reduce the cost of the hydraulic system
Hydraulic high thrust - The hydraulic output torque is large, the operation is smooth, and there is no jamming when opening and closing under high pressure difference
Forged steel high strength - The valve body is forged into shape, with dense material, impact resistance and high-pressure fatigue resistance
