Three-piece forged steel welded ball valve
Design concept
Three-piece forged steel structure, with the valve body in the middle section fastened to the welded connecting bodies at both ends by bolts. It is fully welded to the pipeline through butt welding, with no risk of external leakage. The fixed ball structure, with the medium thrust carried by the bearing, features low torque and stable sealing.
Performance advantage
There is no leakage at the welding end - the valve is directly welded to the pipeline, eliminating the leakage points of the flange gasket, making it suitable for buried and difficult-to-inspect pipe sections
Low-torque operation - Fixed ball upper and lower shaft support, torque is not greatly affected by pressure fluctuations, manual operation is effortless, and the drive device specification is small
Double-piston effect valve seat - bidirectional independent sealing, low-pressure spring pre-tightening, high-pressure medium self-tightening, full pressure difference tight shut-off
Self-pressure relief in the valve cavity - When abnormal pressure rises inside the cavity, the valve seat is released to the pipeline side to prevent excessive stress in the valve body
Full bore and low flow resistance - The flow channel is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipe, allowing it to pass through the pigging device with a small pressure drop, meeting the requirements of efficient transportation
